The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB Program) to help low-income households pay for internet service and connected devices.

Once you have received confirmation that your application has been accepted and successfully processed you can reach out to our customer support team to apply your ACP benefit towards new or existing Mountain West services.
If you have completed the application process through a different internet service provider and have an approved status, you can reach out to us with your application number so that we can apply your benefit.
Only one monthly service discount and one device discount is allowed per household.
The Lifeline program is a federal initiative that helps eligible low-income households get discounted phone and internet services.To be eligible for the Lifeline program, individuals must meet certain income requirements or participate in a government assistance program such as Medicaid, SNAP, or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Once you have applied and been approved by the National Verifier, contact us via email or phone to select your service and apply your Lifeline discount.
